1. Voucher Purchase

All vouchers purchased through our website are issued electronically and will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure that all recipient details are correct before completing your purchase.

Each voucher contains a unique voucher number and must be presented at the time of redemption.

2. Voucher Validity

All vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the voucher.

Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed and will not be extended unless required under applicable consumer law.

3. Voucher Usage

Vouchers may only be redeemed for the specific product, service, or experience stated on the voucher.

Vouchers:

  • Are not redeemable for cash
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Must be presented at the time of redemption
  • May only be used once unless otherwise stated

If the value of the voucher exceeds the purchase amount, no change will be given.

4. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

Vouchers should be treated like cash. Lost, stolen, or deleted vouchers cannot be replaced unless proof of purchase and voucher number can be verified.

The business reserves the right to cancel and reissue vouchers at its discretion.

5. Refund Policy

All voucher purchases are considered final and non-refundable once the voucher has been issued.

Refunds will only be provided if required under Australian Consumer Law.

If a voucher has not been used, refund requests may be considered within 7 days of purchase, subject to administration approval.

6. Transferability

Vouchers may be transferred to another recipient unless otherwise stated on the voucher.

The business accepts no responsibility for vouchers used by unintended recipients once delivered.

Refunds
